Iowa City Community Theatre Presents ‘Mame’

One of the most celebrated and beloved stories of the mid 20th century is coming to a stage near you! The Iowa City Community Theatre presents "Mame: The Musical" opening September 22nd at 7:30 PM.

According to the ICCTs website and event page on Facebook:

Set in New York City and spanning the Great Depression Mame focues on eccentric bohemian Mame Dennis. Her fabulous life with her wealthy friends is interrupted when the young son of her late brother arrives to live with her. They cope with the Depression in a series of adventures.

All performances will be at the Iowa City Community Theatre located at 4265 Oak Crest Hill Rd SE, Iowa City, Iowa 52246) and are scheduled as follows:

Saturday, September 23rd at 7:30 PM
Sunday, September 24th at 2:00 PM
