No “Happy Ending” For Driver In Massage Parlor Crash

According to CBS2, "A man is now facing multiple charges after Cedar Rapids police say he crashed the car he was driving into a Cedar Rapids business Friday night.

The incident happened at 3219 1st Avenue SE around 10:19 p.m. The driver was 23-year-old Christopher Lamont Newborn. He crashed his sedan into the front of Yan's Rejuven8 Spa. The car ended up inside the business...it's was a real mess.

Lamont was arrested for failure to maintain control, no driver's license, OWI, no insurance and 2nd degree theft. We can only assume all rub-downs were cancelled for the evening because of the crash. (Insert Big Eye Emoji)

The crash is still under investigation by police and we will update you when we receive new details. I tried to reach the "parlor" by phone, but both calls rang into voicemail.

Lamont was alone in the car at the time of the crash.
