According to KWWL, the driver was Jeremy Warner. Jeremy is 23 and lives in Iowa City. He was driving a vehicle that failed to yield and was hit by Susan Dryden of Clarence. The incident happened at Highway 30 and Cedar River Road.
It sounds like there were no passengers in either vehicle. The KWWL story also noted both people involved were wearing safety belts at the time of the crash.
