Police in Cedar Rapids are reporting that the manhunt for the suspected murderer of two Iowa teens is over, as the suspect has now been captured just this morning.

Cedar Rapids cops were assisted by the U.S. Marshals Service Task Force in locating murder suspect 26-year-old Andre Richardson.

KWWL reported "Richardson was located in the 300 block of 22nd Avenue SW around 11 a.m. this morning."

"The suspect then led officers on a pursuit on foot (and was later) found hiding in a garage at 299 21st Avenue SW (where he) was taken into custody at 11:15 a.m. Area schools including Wilson Middle School and Grant School went into lock-down."

Richardson is wanted in connection with the shooting deaths of two 18 year old students in an altercation that occurred in front of the Iowa Smoke Shop on Cedar Rapids' Southwest side that happened on May 18.

Police had said the suspect was considered armed and dangerous.
