A crash involving multiple vehicles closed a portion of northbound I-380 overnight near Wright Brothers Blvd. Cedar Rapids police received a call just after 9 p.m. of a vehicle traveling southbound in the northbound lanes of the interstate.

Officers then found the crash site on I-380 between 76th Ave. and Wright Brothers Blvd. Because of the debris involved, northbound lanes of I-380 were closed and traffic was rerouted on to Wright Brothers Blvd and then north on 6th street SW.

I-380 northbound reopened to traffic around 3 a.m. The names of those injured and their conditions have not yet been released.
