Play enough football, and you're bound to have a miracle happen. It can be in your favor, or last night in the case of Cedar Rapids Xavier, it can go against you. The Saints lost 34-30 against Pella on the last play of the game.

Xavier seemingly had a trip to the championship game locked up after they intercepted a Pella pass with just 1:45 remaining on the clock. Three running plays later they were punting and Pella needed only four more plays to end the game. With time running down on the play clock, Ryan Van Wyk caught a pass from quarterback Nick Finney and Pella had pulled off the comeback win.

The game was a showing of offensive firepower. Pella had 436 yards of total offense with Xavier having 432.
