Hi there I’m Kailey! I was born and raised in the small state of Rhode Island family operated a dairy farm and a milk trucking operation. I grew up heavily involved in 4-H where I showed dairy cows and was on the state dairy judging and quiz bowl team. Upon graduating high school, I ventured west to Utah State University where I graduated with degrees in agricultural communications, broadcast journalism, and political science and a minor in agribusiness. My agriculture background doesn’t just end with dairy farming. I have also ventured into other areas of the ag industry by working in farmers’ markets, organic and conventional vegetable farms, and an apple orchard/press.
