Tennessee 8-Point Favorites Against Hawks

Iowa will face Tennessee on Sunday in the 2nd round of the NCAA men's basketball tournament. Iowa defeated Cincinnati on Friday 79-72 to advance to round 2. The game will be played this Sunday starting at 11:10 a.m. You can catch all of the action on CBS2.

Vegas has Iowa listed as an 8-point underdog. Marion bookie Dalton Clark told me they lost big on Friday's game. Clark said, "The Iowa win against Cincinnati really hurt us. Most of the town had Iowa and we got killed. We're hoping to get some of that back this Sunday."

This game won't be easy for Iowa. Tennessee won 19 straight from November 28th though February 13th. They spent the entire season ranked in the top 8 of both major polls and finished the season 29-5. This team is the real deal.

If I were to put money on this game, I would take Tennessee. Lay the 8 and hope for the best. I think Iowa will get off to a good start, but the better team will prevail.
