Sing For The Cedar Rapids Kernels
The Cedar Rapids Kernels are looking for national anthem singers. The team will be holding auditions this Friday, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., and this Saturday from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. They are looking to book anthem singers for the 2017 season. With 70 games, they'll need plenty of great voices!
This is your chance to sing in front of a packed house on the big stage. Don't be nervous, this will be fun! I may even come out this weekend and give it a shot. What could go wrong? I do well at the local bar down the street on Karaoke night, this should be a breeze.
Individuals and small groups are welcome to come out and give it a shot. The auditions are this Friday and Saturday, March 19th and 20th, at Veteran's Memorial Stadium. The address is 950 Rockford Road in Cedar Rapids.
