Rockin’ The Paramount!

I know what you're sayin'. Is Dwyer so starved for a rock concert that he'll go see Steel Panther? The short answer is "Yes!" The Panther aren't everyone's taste. Or, some would argue, any taste at all. An 80's tribute band that became an actual originals band styled after the excesses of the 80's hair metal scene, they are a parody of, well, themselves.

But rock you they will. With subtle songs like "Feel The Steel" and "All You Can Eat" they simultaneously poke fun at, and master the genre of your dad's metal. They're like your pervy, drunk uncle who doesn't know when to stop. So, yeah--I'm giving in to the Panther's charms for one night of flawlessly performed man rock.

And the next day, perhaps confession. A holy water bath.
