Music & Food Meet At New Eastern Iowa Restaurant
Another new restaurant is opening in the Cedar Valley, but this time it's going to be right in the heart of Waterloo.
Several new restaurants are coming to Northeastern Iowa this year. We've shared with you that a new spot called Big Açaí is opening in Downtown Cedar Falls sometime this month.
Now, Waterloo is welcoming a new restaurant in a tried and true location: the Best Western Waterloo. Last year, the establishment celebrated the opening of GR Kitchen & Taps By Ground Round.
Bryan's Blue Plate will be the newest addition to the hotel's dining selections. Located at 205 West 4th Street, this new spot will be a place for both food and music.
Bryan Sink, the owner of the new restaurant is an artist, musician, and chef. Sink described the options on the menu to be all different sorts of comfort food. He goes on to share that Iowa Rock N Roll Hall of Fame member Bob Dorr will host a Thursday night Blues Jam.
The eatery is described on their Facebook page as, "fast casual dining and live music in the heart of historic Waterloo, Iowa."
"Great food! Great music! We'd love to have you!" said Sink in a video on the restaurant's Facebook page.
The restaurant will be opening on Tuesday, November 1st.
