Legendary rock band Journey made a stop in the Quad Cities last night. The band played a show at the iWireless Center in Moline, Illinois. It was a fantastic concert and the boys played all of the hits. It was pretty cool!

I'll be honest, I didn't know what to expect. This was my first Journey concert. I thought it might be a boring show filled with ballads and sappy songs....boy, was I wrong. The band rocked the entire night and there were only a few songs I didn't recognize. I was most impressed with lead singer Arnel Pineda. He's been filling some very big shoes the last ten years. We all miss Steve Perry, but this guy is pretty good!

I was seated directly in front of lead guitarist Neal Schon. He's one of the original members of Journey and has been with the band since the beginning. He looked like he was having fun and nailed all of the solos.

It was a great show and I'm glad I finally got to see Journey live in concert. If you were there, comment below and tell what you liked most about the show!
