There's one more home game left for the Iowa Hawkeyes! That final game is this Saturday against Purdue. It's been announced that kick-off will be at 2:30 p.m. The game will be televised nationally by the Big Ten Network.

The final home game of the year is always a special one for the team. It's special because it's the last time the seniors will ever get to play at Kinnick Stadium. This is always an emotional day for the team and an extra special game on the schedule every year.

Iowa enters the game as a 9 point favorite. The Hawks have defeated Purdue the last 4 games and won nine of the last eleven. We're all hoping for a better game then what we saw last week against Wisconsin. The Hawks only gained 66 yards of total offense against the undefeated Badgers.

The weather for Saturday's game looks to be sunny and cool. Temperatures will fall between 42-48 degrees with some drizzle and fog. If you ask me, that's not to bad for this time of year in Iowa! I've tailgated in worse, that's for sure.

I like Iowa to win this one easy. I predict a big game by Nate Stanley and the Iowa offense. Hawks 42, Purdue 17.

You heard it here first.
