Hawk fans, here's your chance to support the Iowa men's basketball team as they prepare to host Texas Christian (TCU) Sunday afternoon.

Iowa defeated South Dakota Wednesday night, 87-75. It wasn't always pretty, but Iowa pulled away late in the game. You can read more about the game HERE.

Tickets go on sale to the general public at 1 p.m. this (3/16) afternoon through the Iowa ticket box office or by ordering online HERE.

Iowa's game against TCU will tip-off inside Carver-Hawkeye Arena at 4 p.m. Sunday (the game was originally scheduled for 6:30), and will be televised by ESPN2 (was previously to be shown on ESPNU). Iowa drew a huge crowd for the opening round N.I.T. win:

Things were very different for another #1 seed in the N.I.T. The crowd at the Carrier Dome in Syracuse, New York was 4,288. Inside a building of that size, it certainly didn't look good on television. Syracuse.com says they believe it's the smallest crowd for an Orange game inside the Carrier Dome in the building's 37-year history.

Iowa fans will need to show up and be loud again on Sunday. TCU (20-13) beat Fresno State 66-59 Wednesday night to advance to their meeting with the Hawkeyes. TCU has had an up and down year. They lost seven in a row heading into the Big 12 Tournament but were able to pull off wins against Oklahoma and Kansas before losing to Iowa State last week.

Go Hawks!
