Hawkeyes Land Another Recruit For 2015

Iowa basketball coach Fran McCaffery added another recruit to his class of 2015. Ahmad Wagner, a 6'7", 215 lb. small forward from Dayton, Ohio committed to Iowa on Sunday.

Wagner is rated as a three-star recruit and is the third recruit for the Class of 2015, joining Brandon Hutton and Andrew Fleming. Wagner had offers from Minnesota and Texas Tech, to name a few.

My initial thoughts: From highlight videos, Wagner looks like a versatile player with some muscle and athleticism -- he definitely has no qualms with attacking the rim. Wagner reminds me a bit of Melsahn Basabe. This looks like a solid addition to the program.
