According to the Cedar Rapids Gazette, "A pilot and student pilot were uninjured after a plane's emergency landing near Marion on Saturday in Linn County."

The incident happened near Martin Creek a mile east of Highway 13. Authorities were called about a plane that had gone down. The crash happened around 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, August 10th.

We have very few details on the crash, but it sounds like there were no injuries.The pilot of the plane was Bonnie Roth and her student was Steph Draher. Again, both were able to walk away from the crash with no injuries.
