Following a late night semi-truck crash on I-80 near the 380 interchange on Monday night, over two dozen cows being transported on the semi-truck escaped injury. The good news is that most of the cattle were rounded up.

But according to cops, approximately six cows are still missing, prompting the question: Where does a cow hide in Coralville?

Here are my suggestions on where to look:

The Coralville Mall - It seems like a good place for a cow to hide because there is a Chick-Fil-A restaurant there. And you know how much cows love Chick-Fil-A. That's because they are very big on promoting that "eat more chicken" mantra.

Kinnick Stadium - considering the number one food at Hawkeyes tailgate parties is probably hot dogs and brats, it seems likely a cow would feel safe hanging out around Kinnick Stadium. Heck, even the football is made from "pig-skin" right?

Hamburg Inn - Perhaps not the first choice (just look at the name) and for obvious reasons - they do serve a great hamburger there. But for just that reason, you may find a cow hiding there, with the reasoning that it might be the last place you'd think of looking!

Helmuth Farm - This dairy farm in nearby Kalona would be a great place for a cow to simply blend right in. This would be the equivalent of Andy Dufresne (from the Shawshank Redemption) escaping to the beaches of Costa Rica. I can't imagine a more idyllic place for a cow on the loose to hide out in plain sight.
