Best Street Name In Iowa

I was driving though Iowa City yesterday and a street sign caught my attention. I glanced at it and couldn't believe what I saw! I had to turn the car around to get a better look. I also decided to snap a quick picture.

Could this be right? Am I not pronouncing it right? To me, this is a lane dedicated to BJ's. Perhaps this was an make out spot for kids back in the day? I'm not sure, but it has defiantly peaked my interest.
