If you were excited about returning to see some great live music, one of two shows planned this weekend at the Paramount Theatre in Cedar Rapids is on hold,. Keep your tickets to the "Beatles vs. Stones" tribute concert and wait a little while longer, because the Cedar Rapids Gazette says, due to what they are reporting as "routing issues", this Sunday's event is postponed.

Tickets that have been purchased will be valid on the new date at the Paramount Theatre, Sunday, October 18 at 7 p.m., and refunds can be requested at the point of purchase. Tickets are still available starting at $23 so contact the Paramount box office at (319) 366-8203 or via their website.

This all-ages show will have social distancing protocols in place, with masks required for both staff and ticket-holders when away from their seats. Learn more about VenuWorks "Return To Live" plan here.

Two tribute bands, Abbey Road and Satisfaction will perform sets of the Beatles and Rolling Stones' biggest hits on October 18.

We are looking forward to welcoming live music back to Cedar Rapids soon. While this show has been rescheduled, the Josh Turner concert is still set to go on tonight at the Paramount. Learn more about the country music singer's performance, with ticket information and the same Return to Live plan in place here.
