Why Wait For July 4 When You Can See Fireworks This June In Waterloo?
The 21st anniversary of VGM's Heartland Conference is scheduled for June 13-15 in Waterloo, Iowa, at the Waterloo Convention Center 200 West 4th St. While online registration is closed you can still register in person for this educational event when you arrive.
If you're from Iowa you've likely already heard of VGM but if you haven't VGM is a national leader in the healthcare industry. According to VGM's Instagram they "provide solutions to help businesses focus on what matters most, their customers."
Attendees of this event can expect VGM to roll out the red carpet. According to HME Business, this year's registration passes will cover meals, entertainment, as well as access to the business expo. This is an event every home medical expert will surely want to attend.
Jill Glaser is the Heartland Conference Chair and design development manager of VGM Education and she told HME Business
There’s going to be so much to learn, see, and experience. We can’t wait to welcome our members and show off our community’s recently renovated hotel and convention center.
There will also be panel discussions, a special event for first-time attendees, vendors to engage with, a magician, the ever-popular Heartland Hog Roast, and a plethora of networking events for attendees to enjoy.
You may be saying to yourself "I'm not a home medical equipment professional" or I'm not attending the Heartland Conference, what does this have to do with fireworks?"
Included with the hog roast will be a 3D firework display. As you very well know, fireworks shoot up in the sky. They would be a pretty tough thing to hide from the general public. The hog roast and firework display will be taking place over the Cedar River on Monday, June 13, from 7-10 pm.
VGM's event page says "This epic night culminates with a one-of-a-kind fireworks display overlooking the Cedar River - a perfect way to kick off Heartland Conference." I think it would be fair to assume the fireworks will start around 9 pm.
While attendees will get to enjoy all of the perks that will be held inside the Heartland Convention, the fireworks should be a pretty easy thing for anyone to enjoy. If you live close by you'll probably be hearing them shoot off anyway.
If you are attending the convention and would like to learn more information or would like to learn how to register once you're on-site, you can visit the VGM Heartland website.
There will be a ton of fireworks around July 4. Why not get an early jump on your "firework viewing" this summer? You can bet with all of the time and effort going into the conference, this firework display is sure to be incredible.
