Waterlost in Waterloo!

According to the AP, officials say more than 851 million gallons of water went missing. Unaccounted for. Vapor. Nearly 20% of the water pumped out of the 'Loo in 2013. Goner.

No worries. I think Black Hawk County might just have more of these per capita:
