Uptown Friday Night
21-and-over party at the McGrath Amphitheatre with food and drinks available, this week featuring country music via the band 8 Seconds. Doors open at 5:30. Live music 6 to 9. Event closes at 9:30.

Iowa Arts Festival
The Iowa Arts Festival happens all weekend in Iowa City with more than 100 artists showing and selling their artwork. There's also a music festival and more!

A free Friday Night concert series at NewBo City Market from 5:30 to 8 p.m., this week featuring live music from Saloonatics.

The Saturday morning tradition returns to downtown Cedar Rapids Saturday, June 3 from 7:30 to noon.

Pancake breakfast with car, truck, and motorcycle show and silent auction. Proceeds benefit the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
