It seems like the news wants to focus on all of the bad things that have happened since the release of Pokemon GO, but what about all the GOOD things?

Since Pokemon GO came out a few weeks ago, I have gotten more exercise than ever before, I've been much more social out in public, and I've even made a few friends. Yes, there have been a few incidents like car accidents, trespassing, injuries, etc., but with all good things come some bad. If while you're using the app you also use common sense, you're not going to have any issues.

A few Pokemon GO stories caught my eye today, and one of them is just a simple video. A large group of Pokemon GO players gathered at Millennium Park in Chicago recently to catch a few monsters and sing along to the Pokemon theme song. It all started because of a Facebook event, and around 4,000 players showed up to participate. Lots of people managed to capture the moment on video, and it's pretty freaking awesome:

ABC15, Ty's mom said,
"I'm so grateful. I'm just so grateful because if this wouldn't have happened, we would still be hiding in our house like a lot of families like ours do. And I just can't thank everyone enough."

And here's another post from a mother with a son who has autism:

So just remember, with every good thing comes bad things, but that doesn't make that good thing bad. Stories like these make me re-gain a little bit of faith in humanity, and hopefully you feel the same! Keep Pokemon-ing, Pokemon-ers!
