If you're sick of watching the same movies and shows on Netflix or Disney+ over and over and OVER, here's something new for you to tune into! I discovered this morning on Only in Your State that the National Mississippi River Museum & Aquarium in Dubuque has a live stream of their otters EVERY SINGLE DAY!

The live stream is available each day from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on the Live Webcams page of the aquarium's official website. The description reads:

"Housed in our Flooded Forest Habitat, these young and playful North American River Otters rarely stop moving. Both orphaned at a young age in different areas of Iowa, it was determined that neither of them were good candidates for release."

The Gazette reported that the two otters been acquired by the facility back in September, but they became fast friends when they were finally introduced early this year. The aquarium actually posted a video of the male and female when they first met and it's adorable!

I watched the webcam stream for a bit this morning and the otters were very active for a while, but then they disappeared off the screen. If that happens, don't worry! The site says:

"If you don't see them, they may be taking a quick nap or grabbing a bite to eat, so come back soon!"

The National Mississippi River Museum & Aquarium has also been asking for the public's financial help during this difficult time. They wrote on Facebook that it costs $800 each month to feed the otters. So far they have raised $1,770 of their $2,400 goal. If you'd like to donate, click HERE.
