U2 guitarist The Edge has been entangled in a battle to develop his land in Malibu, California. Now, it appears the axeman can proceed with a project to build five homes. This legal battle with the California Coastal Commission has been ongoing for the past 8 years, according to the L.A. Times.

He'll have to make a few compromises, including scaling down the size of the estate. The band went big with "The Claw" a few years back. The largest stage in the history of the world.
