Less than a month into the launch of the new distracted driving laws in Iowa, authorities are reporting some pretty good news.

Whether you think this a little aggressive and sneaky or brilliant, one thing is for sure: Iowa is taking the new texting and driving laws seriously.

Until now, law enforcement in Iowa couldn't stop a driver only for observing them using their cell phone. That could be changing soon.
