People have come from all over the U.S. to help us with storm recovery these past couple of weeks!

A lot of bad things have happened as a result of last week's derecho here in Eastern Iowa, but that doesn't mean that some good hasn't come out of it, too!

The National Weather Service estimates that the wind speeds from last week's derecho were even higher than first reported.

Even though last Monday's derecho here in Iowa only lasted about an hour, debris clean-up in the area is going to last much, much longer.
