Rockin Guitar Exhibit at Czech Museum for Final Days

It's January. You're craving outside time, just looking for anything to do. And if you're a guitar player (or like me, just a guitar owner) you should get over to the Czech Museum and tour the rockin' guitar exhibit "Medieval to Metal".

It's a pleasant little mind-blowing trip from the first steps you take, as the history of stringed instruments, displayed under museum lights, unfolds.

From lutes and mandolins to get-fiddles and gee tars, it's a nice compilation of over 40 rarities, classics, and often overlooked makes and models.

The journey quickly accelerates to the rock n roll era, with knowing kudos to lovers of jazz and blues guitar and nods to headbanging rockers' coolest designs.

So many legendary guitar players used these exact models to perform and record the songs that comprise the greatest playlists of our times. Well worth the trip.
