The internet will look for anything to pick apart, and it seems like Pat Sajak and Wheel of Fortune are the current target. Sajak has been hosting Wheel of Fortune since 1981, and has been known to make some goofy quips here and there, but recently, he's come under fire for his phrasing.

Last Friday, a contestant working to solve a puzzle guessed the letter "D," and Sajak responded by saying “She wants a D, and she’s going to get one." Many took what the host said as a euphemism for something much more inappropriate and of sexual nature.

Whether or not Sajak meant anything by his response to the guess is obviously only known by him, but that hasn't stopped people from assuming he did it on purpose.

Many came to the defense of the longtime host, saying he does this with every letter.

The comment went viral likely due to the attempt in February to "cancel" the host after he allegedly made fun of a contestant with a speech impediment.

Do you think Sajak meant what he said?
