Jake Arrieta and the Chicago Cubs defeated the Pittsburgh Pirates on Wednesday night (10/7) in the National League Wild Card Game. The 4-0 win was the team's first postseason victory since 2003, and earned them a trip to the National League Division Series against the St. Louis Cardinals.

We all know the history.  The Cardinals have won two World Series in the past decade and are in the playoffs for the fifth consecutive year.  The young, upstart Cubs are in the postseason for the first time since 2008 and haven't won the World Series since 1908.  I guess you can throw that all out the window.  Now is what matters.  It's a best-of-5 series.  It's two old rivals.  It's gonna be good.

GAME 1: Friday, October 9 in St. Louis, 5:30pm
GAME 2: Saturday, October 10 in St. Louis, 4:30pm
GAME 3: Monday, October 12 in Chicago, TBD
GAME 4: Tuesday, October 13 in Chicago, TBD (if necessary)
GAME 5 Thursday, October 15 in St. Louis, TBD (if necessary)
