Summer concert season is here, and beyond all the outdoor festivals and fairs there are several classic rockers coming to play indoors at the legendary Surf Ballroom in Clear Lake, IA.

If you've never seen a concert at this historic performance place, this could be the Bad" summer for you. Along with some big name classic rockers appearing this summer, the Surf's schedule includes jazz and blues and even some country shows.

But the classic rockers shine the brightest onstage at the Surf Ballroom, and REO Speedwagon will rock the house on Sunday July 21. Doors open at 6:00 p.m.

Next up is George Thorogood and the Delaware Destroyers performing Wednesday July 31. It's the "Good to Be Bad - 45 Years of Rock" tour for George and his band of merry men.

And of course, the Surf's summer concerts conclude with the incredible Robert Plant on September 23. Not surprisingly, that show is already sold out. In fact it was one of the quickest sell-outs in Surf Ballroom history.
