Metallica Weather Report (HOT)

If you're getting ready for the Metallica concert on Friday, be sure to lather on some sunblock! According to CBS2, "temperatures on Friday are projected to reach over 83 degrees. That's HOT! Though this may not come as a shock, as temperatures this past week have been ridiculously warm for JUNE.

The parking lots open at 2:00 p.m., the gates open at 4:00 p.m., and the show starts at 6:00 pm. This may leave you out in the sun for over eight hours! So, get to the closest convenience store (or if you're like me, the dollar store) and purchase some cold drinks, rockin' sunglasses, and your SPF 50.

If you plan to drink, pace yourself. This is going to be a marathon... not a sprint. You've got to get through Volbeat, Avenged Sevenfold, and a blistering two and half hour set by the mighty Metallica!

Hot weather, cold beer, and Metallica. I couldn't think of a better way to spend a Friday night. See you in Newton!!!!!
