Metallica Announces Tour Dates!

Metallica is hitting the road this summer. According to the band's website, "The WorldWired tour will be hitting the road in North America this summer for the bands first extended tour of the States and Canada since 2009!"

This is great news for Metallica fans. The tour will be visiting mostly football and baseball stadiums and will include a few venues not too far from Eastern Iowa.

On June 4th, The band will play in Saint Louis at Busch Stadium. On June 18th you can see Metallica in Chicago at Solider Field. This is the date I'm planning on attending. It's an easy drive and I've always wanted to see a show at this stadium that has so much history attached to it.

Tickets for Fan Club Members go on-sale tomorrow, February 14th. What a perfect Valentine's Day gift!
