Man Who Got in a 120 Mile-an-Hour Police Chase Said He Thought the Cops Just Wanted to Drag Race

It's hard to imagine many GOOD excuses for getting into a super high speed police chase, but this is an especially BAD one.

The police in Elkhart County, Indiana tried to pull over a 25-year-old guy named Musab Alshussein from Minneapolis on Wednesday night, when they spotted him in his red Ford Mustang doing 120 miles-an-hour in a 70 mile-an-hour zone.

But Musab just kept going, and he got into a 25-mile chase with the cops.

When he finally stopped, his excuse was... he thought the cops wanted to drag race him.

He was arrested on several charges, including reckless driving and resisting arrest.
