Tanner Hutcherson, a 27-year-old Missouri man, was arrested yesterday after an auto accident.

Hutcherson was a passenger in a DWI accident, according to officers, but was found to be holding narcotics of some kind.

A Columbia Police Department spokesperson declined to identify what kind of drug Hutcherson was carrying, but he did say Hutcherson is being held in lieu of $30,000 bond for the drug charge, so it must've been something bad.

He was arrested while wearing a D.A.R.E. program shirt, that features a woman next to a chalkboard that reads "Drugs are bad!" The irony is undoubtedly not lost on him, since he has a goofy smirk on his face in his mugshot.

Hutcherson's rap sheet includes multiple convictions of theft, as well as multiple convictions of burglary, and of course, drug possession.

Back in December, he was sentenced to five years in prison on a conviction of felony controlled substance. His sentence was suspended of the sentence and instead put him on five years of probation.

Upon being booked into the Boone County Jail, Hutcherson's D.A.R.E. shirt as well as his other items he had on him.
