The Iowa State Cyclones and Iowa Hawkeyes are both headed to the 2019 NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament and they'll have opening round games on the same day.

We begin with the Iowa Hawkeyes. Iowa is the #10 seed in the South Regional and will take on #7 seed Cincinnati in the opening round. It's not an ideal draw for the Hawkeyes, considering the game will be played in Columbus, Ohio. You can watch Iowa's opening round game on CBS 2 Friday (3/22) morning at 11:15, Iowa time. Cincinnati is 28-6 and won the American Athletic Conference championship Sunday afternoon. Iowa enters the tournament at 21-11 but has lost five of their last six.

CBS announcers for the Iowa game are Brian Anderson, former Michigan player Chris Webber, and Allie LaForce.

You can also watch the Iowa State Cyclones on Friday, but it will be a late start. Iowa State is the #6 seed in the Midwest Regional and will take on #11 seed Ohio State in the opening round. The game will be played in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Iowa State's opening round game will be broadcast on TBS Friday (3/22) night with an approximate tip-off time of 8:50, Iowa time. Ohio State is 19-14, but lost seven of their last ten games.  Iowa State opens tournament play at 23-11, having won the Big 12 tournament over the weekend.
