Gunshots Hit Home In Cedar Rapids
According to The Cedar Rapids Gazette, "A house and three parked cars were struck by bullets early Wednesday in northwest Cedar Rapids."
A call to 911 call was made around 12:30 a.m. describing gunshots in the area of 11th Street and B Avenue NW. CRPD were called to the scene and found damage to a few cars and a residence.
Thankfully, nobody was injured from the gunshots. Police told the Gazette the shooting is believed to be random and that the cars and the house were not the target. Police will continue to investigate this crime.
No arrests have been made in connection to the shooting. We will continue to monitor this story and provide updates as soon as we learn more information.
