Free Fishing Poles For The Kids This Saturday In Cedar Rapids

The Cedar Rapids Sportshow starts this Friday at the Double Tree. The fun starts at 3 p.m. on Friday and continues all weekend. Tickets are just $7 and kids under 12 are FREE! The Double Tree is located in downtown Cedar Rapids.

Speaking of the kids, on Saturday morning there will a fishing seminar. The first 50 kids (12 and under) will receive a free fishing pole. The seminar looks pretty cool and this is a way for the entire family to enjoy the event!

This year you can enjoy a great selection of fishing boats, pontoons, campers, all terrain vehicles, hunting exhibits, fishing tackle and SO MUCH MORE!

Kids are FREE as well as Veteran's. I think that's super cool that the promoters are remembering the great people that fought for this country. I hope to see a few of those Vet's at the show, so I can shake their hand.
