It's a small fleece blanket with an air hole in the middle. It's specifically for people who have trouble sleeping when their face is cold.

Apparently the guy who came up with it knows it's a dumb idea. That's because the second half of his ad makes fun of it and talks about other uses -- like hiding your face when you don't want to talk to someone at a party.
