Frank Caliendo Sells Out 2 Shows In Cedar Rapids

Comedian Fran Caliendo is coming to Cedar Rapids next week. He has two shows booked in downtown Cedar Rapids at Penguin's Comedy Club. But if you don't already have tickets, you're not getting in.

Management for Penguin's Comedy Club told me both shows on August 16th are completely sold out. It's very rare for a comedian to sell out two performances here in Cedar Rapids. It's even more surprising that the shows are sold out on a Thursday night.

Caliendo is best know for his work on Fox NFL Sunday. Fans also love his work on TBS with Frank TV. The comedian has released six solo cd's and continues to entertain audiences all over the country with his stand-up routine.

I was hoping to attend the show...but I never got tickets. I figured NOTHING every sells out in Cedar Rapids. Damn it, Jim!

I guess I was wrong.
