Florida Pest Control Man Exposed Himself To Elderly Woman On The Job
A 27-year-old lawn care and pest control worker, Tyler Mountain, was arrested twice on allegations of exposing himself to his clients while working in their homes.
The First Arrest
Mountain was initially arrested on November 22, after a 76-year-old woman from Davenport reported him for exposing himself in October.
According to the Polk County Sheriff's Office, the incident happened when Mountain was supposed to provide a quote for pest control work at the woman's home. The woman alleged that Mountain emerged from her bathroom with his genitals exposed, blaming a broken zipper and asking for her help.
Into The Investigation
As part of the investigation, it was discovered that Mountain's employer, Massey Services, had previously dismissed him due to a similar complaint.
It was reportedly the second instance when Mountain was accused of exposing himself to a client, with the prior incident having taken place in Haines City.
Sheriff Statement
In a statement, Sheriff Grady Judd referred to Mountain's behavior as disgusting and predatory, adding that Mountain had exploited his work position to access his victims' homes. He was arrested on a charge of lewd exhibition to an elderly person following the October 26 incident.
A subsequent arrest on November 25 was related to the Haines City case, following the victim's return to the county. The Haines City victim stated that Mountain exposed himself and claimed a broken zipper while supposed to be working on her lawn.
Authorities believe more victims could potentially exist, urging anyone with relevant information to come forward and contact the Polk County Sheriff’s Office.
