Elderly Woman Who Went Viral for Her ‘I Need More Beer’ Sign has Died
Olive Veronesi, the Pennsylvania woman who went viral on social media last year for her need of Coors Light, has died just days after celebrating her 94th birthday.
In April 2020, Olive was photographed during quarantine from her window holding up a can of beer in on hand and her dry-erase board in the other, which read "I Need More Beer!!"
This photo — which was taken by a relative — had more than 51,000 shares and 28,000 reactions on Facebook.
Her pleas for more beer even reached Coors Light, which surprised her with 10 cases of beer just days later.
She died just a few days after her 94th birthday.
