Deadly Accident on I-380 This Morning

An elderly man was killed early this morning in a single car accident on I-380 near the Swisher exit. It is likely that snow covered slippery conditions contributed to the accident.

According to CBS2 News, police say that 65-year-old Randall Martin from North Liberty drove off the road and entered a ditch and rolled onto its top at 1:03 a.m. on January 3rd.

So far, dozens of deaths nationwide have been blamed on severe winter weather.
