If you're wondering if we will actually have college football this fall, you're not alone. With news of teams having multiple positive coronavirus tests, the reality of a season is still a bit cloudy. Last month The Big Ten Conference announced that it would play a conference only season in 2020. Yes, that means no Iowa vs. Iowa State game. Today, CBS2 reports that the Big Ten revealed what the regular season will look like. Here is how the season shapes up for our Iowa Hawkeyes!

The season will kick off on September 5th against Maryland. After that, Iowa will hit the road for games at Purdue on September 12th, and at Minnesota on September 19th. Home games against Nebraska on September 26th and versus Northwestern on October 3rd follow. Iowa will then be at Illinois on October 10th before their first bye week of the season on October 17th.

After the bye, the Hawkeyes play at Penn State on October 24th and home versus Michigan State on October 31st. A second bye week happens on November 7th. Iowa then closes out the regular season with a home game against Wisconsin on November 14th and then at Ohio State on November 21st.

It'll be a tough road for Iowa, especially late with games against Big Ten heavyweights Penn State, MSU, Wisconsin, and OSU in the last month of the season. With only 10 games, each week will feel nearly like a must-win. But hey, if we get football this fall, we'll play any schedule they give us. GO HAWKS!
