If you like martinis, there's a good chance you'll love The Stuffed Olive!

According to a new article from the Cedar Rapids Gazette, a popular Iowa bar and restaurant has officially opened an location here in the Corridor. The Stuffed Olive is now welcoming customers at 121 E. College Street in Iowa City.

The Stuffed Olive first opened in Cedar Falls back in 2004 in the Blackhawk Hotel, eventually relocating to 314 Main St in the fall of 2019. The bar so so successful that it opened a location in Des Moines in 2014. The Iowa City location is the third for the business, which is known for having over 100 types of martinis. The official website says that the Iowa City Stuffed Olive is decked out in leather seating with a "sexy and sophisticated atmosphere." There's also an outdoor patio for the summer season.

The new location opened back on May 19th and, in addition to martinis, offers tapas (small plates), flatbreads, and brunch. Some of the options on the tapa portion of the menu include Bruschetta, Crab Rangoons, Sweet Potato Waffle Fries, Coconut Shrimp, Charcuterie, Caprese Skewers, Angus Sliders, and more. You can also order Spinach Artichoke, Crab Rangoon, or Pesto Chicken Flatbread!
