A Local Food Truck Has Moved into the Lindale Mall Food Court
There's a new place to stop and eat the next time you're doing some shopping at Lindale Mall in Cedar Rapids!
According to Facebook, Food Stop, a "family-owned food truck," has opened up an indoor location in the food court of Lindale Mall. Their first day in business was last Wednesday, February 10th.
Food Stop's menu consists of a variety of items, like burgers, salads, sandwiches, and wraps, but they also have lots of Tex-Mex options! You can order street tacos, American tacos, burritos, tortas, quesadillas, nachos, and more.
You can stop into Food Stop the next time you're shopping, or you can call ahead and place an order for carry-out at 319-393-0507.
In case you haven't been to the mall in a while, another new restaurant opened in the food court at Lindale last August. It's called Carigrill Creole Cuisine and it looks DELICIOUS! You can place an order online HERE.
I stopped at Lindale Mall yesterday for the first time in several months, and I noticed a couple of other changes. The first was that Francesca's, the clothing and jewelry boutique towards the center of the mall, has closed. But, the biggest change seems to be the addition of a gym! Signs are up near the food court advertising the addition of a new Planet Fitness location. All we know right now is that it will be arriving sometime in 2021, but we will be sure to update you when we learn more! In the meantime, you can check out the other Planet Fitness location at 383 Edgewood Rd NW.
