The 'Last Day at the Bay' Bash is almost here!

Labor Day Weekend marks the unofficial end of summer, which means that Adventure Bay at Adventureland in Altoona is getting ready to shut down for the year. This coming Monday, September 5th, Adventure Bay will end the season with a huge party!

The 'Last Day at the Bay' Bash will take place on Labor Day and feature all of the attractions that Adventure Bay usually has, like the wave pool, lazy river, slides, pools, and kid zones, with a few additional activities. The Adventureland website says that there will be DJs, an "exclusive" 21 and over area, and rentable cabanas. Cabanas range anywhere from $175 to $500.

It wouldn't be a party without some live music! American-Jamaican singer and rapper Sean Kingston is set to perform at the water park beginning at 4:30 p.m. He's best known for his 2007 debut single "Beautiful Girls," his 2009 hit "Fire Burning," and his 2010 collaboration with Justin Bieber "Eenie Meenie."

Tickets for Adventureland are currently on sale for $34.99 per person for ages 4 and up! If you want to check out the concert and party at the waterpark on Monday, you can purchase your tickets HERE.

More fun is on the way at Adventureland this fall! For the first time ever, Adventureland will open weekends in October for the Phantom Fall Fest. You'll be able to enjoy the rides, as well as four haunted houses and three scare zones! For more information, click HERE.
