Woman With 8 Inch Eyelashes Breaks Her Own World Record

A woman in China has held the world record for the longest eyelash since 2016 and they keep growing.

When she set the record, her left eyelash was just under five inches long. In May, it was confirmed that the new longest eyelash is eight inches long.

Why are they so long? According to Guinness World Records, the woman visited medical professionals to get answers and they had no explanation.

She believes that her long eyelashes are a gift from the Buddha after she spent 480 days on a mountain.

If her record doesn't impress you, in April, a woman set a Guinness World Record for Lowest Female Vocal Note, which is quite amazing how low she could go.

In December, a man dressed as Santa Claus set a Guinness World Record for pulling the heaviest sled.
