Wind Advisory In Eastern Iowa
Today will be a good day to double up on the hair gel.
According to CBS2, "A frontal system will sweep across Eastern Iowa on Thursday leading to strong winds and the chance for a few spotty rain showers."
That means it will be windy, like REALLY windy. It looks like the front will be most heavy in the morning hours. We could also see a chance of rain or snow especially near and north of Highway 20.
The story said the wind gusts could reach up to 45 mph at times. The folks over at CBS2 have issued a "Wind Advisory" for most of Eastern Iowa. If I were you, I'd reschedule your tennis match.
The forecast for the end of the week looks awesome. We should have a very sunny Friday with temps in the mid 40's and Saturday and Sunday look even better!
So, we have some wind today, but it'll be okay.
It's better than snow, right?
