It's almost the end of the year, and like most of us it's time to make some resolutions. It's easy to talk about, but if you're anything like me it's hard to stick to the plan!

But this year is going to be different! (And yes, I said that last year, too) But I really do mean it this time...... Here's my list for 2020:

  1. Work out every week
  2. Drink less
  3. Be a better person

It shouldn't be that hard, should it? I already contacted a gym and even took a tour last week. Now I just need to actually sign up and walk in the front door!

As far as the drinking, that should be a piece of cake. I always do a cleanse the first month of the year and I plan to do it again in 2020.

And being a better person is something I work on everyday. I'm just trying to treat people the way you want people to treat you...with love and respect.
